Question by BinBin: Is there any way to lower the interest rate from 33% from credit cards to lower rate due to bad credit score?
My checking was NSF when I was out of the country for few weeks. I resumed the payments on my credit card when I was back. As the result, some of my credit card interest rate jumped from 5.9% to 29.99% and 33.34%. I am still making payments on the cards, but it is very differcult to pay down the balance when the rates are so high.

Question by Anne: Is there any way I can combine my credit cards into one and pay low ?
I have 3 major credit cards. The amount on each is pretty high. I’m trying to find an easy way where I can combine these credit cards with low interest rate and pay it montly. First of all, I dont make enough money to be spending my money . So i use my creditcards to purhase needy things and food or what not. I’m sure a lot of people are going thorugh this bad debt.

Can someone tell me where I can find the answer to my question?

If you are having trouble paying your cards and missing payments, you are going to have a hard time trying to find a card with a low interest rate and also willing to allow you to balance transfer everything. Your best bet is to seek out a credit counselor and might be able to negotiate lower interest rates for you and set up a payment schedule. Be advised that one of the repercussions of this is that they may want you to cut up your credit cards and live on a budget.

I want to advertise a product via the internet, for the international market. It can be bought only by a Credit Card.

Therefore I would like to know, per each country in the world, how many Credit Cards are there, or: How many Credit Cards per resident in each country?
